Age & Academic Criteria

  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.

  • Successful completion of an AQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification, or

  • Completion of at least two years of study at an Australian tertiary educational institution or equivalent award, or

  • Completion of a minimum of two years full-time workplace experience in an operational or leadership role within the Australian tertiary education system.

English Language Proficiency

  • IELTS 6.0 (Academic or General) or equivalent, as per DOHA regulations.
  • Online IELTS is NOT accepted. Refer to DOHA English Language Requirements.
  • Applicants must complete a Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) test before training

Physical & Practical Requirements

Ability to work in a business setting, which may involve managing teams, meeting clients, and attending meetings.

Technology & Digital Skills

Students must bring a laptop with a camera, speaker, internet access, and updated software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader). Basic digital skills—email, online research, and using Office tools—are expected. Applicants lacking these may be assessed individually.   • 5 Core Units

  • 5 Elective Units

– 2 elective units must be selected from Group A

– for the remaining 5 elective units:

– up to 5 units may be selected from Groups A – I

– if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
