Application Process

Step 1

Gather Required Documents

To start your application, prepare:

ID: Passport, visa (current/applied/expired), and CoE (if onshore)

English Proof: IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or NVC test (if required)

Academic Records: Year 10 & 12 certificates, diplomas, or higher education

Tip: Check your course for specific academic and English requirements.

Submit Your Application

Click anywhere on this text to access the application form.
Select “Onshore Student – Apply Now” to begin.
Education and migration agents should use the same form.
Make sure to upload all required documents.

Receive and Review Your Offer Letter

Once your application is processed, you will receive either:

Conditional Offer Letter – You must submit any missing documents listed in the conditions.

Unconditional Offer Letter – You can proceed to the next step.

Request Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

After receiving an unconditional offer letter, request your CoE by submitting the following:

  • Signed offer letter/agreement

  • English proficiency results (if not already provided) – or NVC Placement Test screenshot

  • Proof of payment (receipt)

Wait for Orientation Email

After your CoE is issued, you’ll receive an Orientation Email approximately 2 weeks before your course starts.

Enrolment Process Start Your Journey

Prepare for Orientation

Details about your orientation session will be included in the Orientation Email.

✅ Orientation is face-to-face only. Make sure to bring your own device (BYOD).

Attend Orientation

During orientation, you will:

  • Complete the Pre-Enrolment Self-Assessment Form

  • Complete the LLN (Language, Literacy & Numeracy) Test

These forms will be filled out on-campus, in the presence of your trainer. Your enrolment will be confirmed based on successful completion of these steps.

Receive Class Information & Timetable

After a successful orientation session, you will be provided with:

  • Class schedule (timetable for the entire course)

  • Trainer contact and class details
